Armour Beauty Glosses. I am now selling these!!!!

Armour Beauty is the brainchild of rocker/model and new mommy Theo Kogan. As the singer for bands including the legendary all-female Lunachicks and Theo And The Skyscrapers, Theo is known for her over-the-top makeup styles.
She has modeled for Calvin Klein, Burberry and Kenneth Cole (to name a few) and has acted in film, television and continues to perform in avant-garde theater all over the world. A lip gloss that would stay on during a performance was something Theo craved and so she created what she considers the missing piece in the beauty industry.
Armour Beauty melds high-end fashion with Rock-n-Roll attitude and is a favorite of Rachel Zoe, Janie Bryant, Karen O, Eva Mendes, Lady Ga Ga, Fergie, Kim Gordon and many more. Armour’s moisturizing formula is long wearing, cruelty free and environmentally friendly, with key ingredients including shea butter, olive butter  and avocado oil ( to name a few) and  a beautiful range of colors. Theo is so inspired by music and classic pop culture that she named the glosses after some of her favorite songs, clubs and legendary icons.  Armour Beauty lip gloss pays homage to those who have made Theo the strong woman she is today.
These Glosses are amazing!!! They have the ability to last up to 4 hours and are great brides. I am absolutely in love with these.  I am very picky about makeup and what lines I like so for those of you who know me, know that I must be in love with these to carry them.
Armour Beauty is a lipgloss-only line housing 20 beautiful colors. The amazing thing about these glosses are they can be mixed together to make multiple shades.
Below are swatches of every single color in the line. These are available for $21 retail and you can purchase them from me. Please let me know which ones you like and you can either pick them up from me or I can ship them to you.

Fishnet Nails!!!

So I thought I would write about something fun and different today. I got inspiration from my friend Trina Follow her blog she has some great posts!! I am using my Konad Stamping plates. I have actually had them for a year now and I am just getting around to really using them.  I was in Panama City Beach last year and randomly went into this store. After walking in and immediately walking out this girl stopped me and asked me if I had ever heard of Konad and I said no. Thinking oh great what am I getting my self into I went over to the counter to let her try it out. Of course, I ended up buying $75 worth of products and plates. I am now so glad I did and I am loving it.

Below I am going to show you what products I used and how the final look came out. Remember, this is my first time using this and they turned out awesome.

First I used Sally Hansen Instant Cuticle Remover (Sorry no picture). I then polished my nails with OPI "You don't know Jacques" and let them completely dry.

Once I let this dry I used Pure ICE Nail polish in "Pussy Cat" and used my Konad Plate M57 and stamper. ( I will post a video next time of the process of stamping) Here is the finished look.

Products used:
OPI- "You don't know Jacques" as Base
Pure ICE- "Pussy Cat" Stamping color
Beauty Secrets Top coat
OPI Drip Dry
Konad Stamping Plate M57
Konad Scraper and double stamper

Let me know what you think!! I will be doing more of these posts as I have ordered about 25 new plates. So fun and a nice way to change up your look.

Photoshoot w/Model Janet Smith and Photographer John Pope

This was a fun shoot to work on and I love the way the pictures came out.  I was really excited when John called me about doing the shoot. He found me on Model Mayhem which is a networking site for photographers, hairstylists, MUA's, models, etc.  The photos were shot in the building of John's studio at the Jemison Flats.  There were so many cool places just in the building to shoot as well as some shots in his studio. Great place to think about shooting so get in touch with John if you are interested.
